  5. Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: The signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.

1.2 Submit Your DMCA Notice

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be valid, your counter-notice must include the following information:

  2. Your contact information: Provide your name, email address, and phone number.

  4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which you reside, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will review it and may restore the removed content unless we receive notice from the complainant that a lawsuit has been filed related to the infringement.

3. Repeat Infringement Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Strategic Funds Pro has implemented a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If we receive multiple notices of infringement from different copyright holders regarding the same user or account, we may suspend or permanently terminate their access to our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Please be aware that under the DMCA, service providers like Strategic Funds Pro are not held liable for infringing content posted by users as long as they act promptly to remove or disable access to the content upon receiving a valid DMCA notice. Our role is limited to acting as an intermediary, and we are not responsible for the underlying content uploaded by users.
